Dear collegues, the organizing committee welcomes you back at the home page of our yearly National Congress on Magnetic Resonance! This year the venue of the congress is Bressanone/Brixen, a wonderful small town in the Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol. The congress will be held in the Casa della Gioventù, one of the facilities of the University of Padua. An appropriate space for an exhibition of the manufacturers and vendors of spectrometers, accessories and services will be made available to our sponsors during the congress.

The meeting will comprise primary lectures delivered by invited leading scientists, short communications and poster sessions. This year's discussion topics are:
The official languages of the congress are: English for all the main lectures and posters and a choice of English/Italian for the short communications. However, we urge participants to use English also for the short communications so as to make their work comprehensible to our foreign colleagues.
Registration fees include coffee breaks, lunches, social dinner but NOT accommodation. Brixen offers virtually any kind of accommodation at any price, and some hotels have agreed to offer some special discounts to the congress' participants. Read below for more information. Participants are kindly requested to book their own hotel rooms. The following table lists hotels that have agreed to reserve rooms for the congress' participants until June 30, 2003. The deadline for abstract submission is June 30, 2003. One-page abstracts (in WinWord format) must be sent via e-mail to brixen2003@gidrm.org. Please, download the abstract template (in doc, rtf or pdf format) and follow the style therein for your abstract.
Posters measures cannot exceed 100 (height) × 70 (width) cm. Please conform to this measures otherwise your poster will simply NOT fit into the assigned space.
All posters presented by young researchers (under 35) are eligible to take part in our poster competition. The posters will be judged by a committee composed of some of the foreign colleagues attending the congress. The presenting authors of the three posters deemed the best will win a monetary price. If you would like to compete, please put this label (or a similar one) on your poster.
